How do I transfer tickets?

Tickets are transferred via email through your ticketing platform (Ticketmaster, Dice, Eventbrite, etc.). Simply enter the buyer's email when prompted by your platform, and they'll receive the ticket directly. You can link your platform email in your account settings to make this process even faster.
When do I get paid as a seller?

After you transfer the ticket to the buyer, they confirm receipt through their dashboard. Once confirmed, payment is immediately released to your connected account. The buyer's money is held securely in escrow until they confirm receipt, protecting both parties.
What if I don't receive my ticket?

If you don't receive your ticket, do not confirm receipt. Contact the seller first to resolve the issue. If the problem persists, reach out to our support team and we'll investigate. Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt, so you're fully protected.
Can I cancel a bid or ask?

Yes, you can cancel your bids and asks at any time from your dashboard, as long as they haven't been accepted yet. Once a bid is accepted by a seller or an ask is accepted by a buyer, both parties are committed to completing the transaction.
